According to a tweet by Yash Raj Chaudhary (@hereYashRaj), famous for Huawei-related leaks, the Huawei P50 and Huawei P50 Pro are both Harmony OS and Android OS. Shipped with Hongmeng OS (Harmony OS) in China.

We don't know if users can choose the OS they want at checkout, how they can choose the RAM and storage they need, or whether a particular operating system is available in one country or another. There is also the possibility that the phone has two operating systems and the user can switch between the two.
The leak also revealed screenshots showing that the Huawei P50 Pro has an OLED display, a Kirin 9000 processor, 8 GB of RAM, and 128 GB or 256 GB of storage. It also has three rear cameras and a central hole.
The Huawei P50 has 6 GB or 8 GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 128 GB or 256 GB of UFS 3.0 storage. The processor has not been disclosed, but there is speculation that Huawei may release it with a less powerful Kirin 9000E chipset.
Both phones will be released in late spring or a little later. Huawei is highly likely to host a global event prior to its launch in China but expects it to be sold in China first.
